After over 13 years in the events industry, I decided it was time to create something of my own, something that didn’t exist in Northeast Ohio . Dessert should be an experience, something you are excited about, especially when hosting an event. The experiences we have created offer your attendees not only a delicious end to their meal but an interactive experience, where they decide what sounds good.

When I am not working with “If You Insist,” I am hosting my own friends and family, curled up with a good book or at a music festival. Baking and events are not only my job but my pride and passion, and I would love the opportunity to bring them to you!
